Shipping
You’ll receive your order within 1 – 3 business days. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a PostNL track & trace email so you can follow your delivery status.
Shipping Costs The Netherlands & Belgium
The Netherlands: € 4.25 for letterbox parcels, € 6,95 for larger parcels
Belgium: € 8.95 for letterbox parcels, € 11.90 for larger parcels.
Free shipping on all orders over €75.00
If a package is not collected from a PostNL pickup point and/or is returned to By Pupper, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
If the package needs to be resent, these costs will also be charged to you.
Pick-up
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pick up products. We don’t have a physical store or showroom, so all orders are shipped directly to you.
Within 14 days
Return
Not completely satisfied with your item? That’s a pity but of course, it can happen. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
Please send an email to hello@bypupper.com including your order number and the reason for your return. You will then receive our return instructions. After that, you can ship the item to the provided return address (return shipping costs are at your own expense).
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.

At the moment, we don’t offer a direct exchange service. Would you like a different size, color, or product? You can easily make an exchange by following these steps:

2. Shop the item you'd like via our webshop
