How do I return (part of) my order?

  • 1. Sign up

    Within 14 days of receiving your order, let us know which items you would like to return and register your return using the form below.

  • 2. Pack your return

    Carefully pack your items. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

  • 3. Ship your yeturn

    Take your package to a nearby drop-off point of your choice within 3 business days of registering your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • 4. Refund

    Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
